Paducah Tilghman High School has a long and storied sports history. Soccer is one of the newer sports but in the tradition of Paducah Tilghman the players and teams have made us proud of them and in the process have captured district, regional and sectional championships.

The boys program began in 1986 as one of the earliest soccer teams in our area. The boys team has since captured eight district titles, three regional titles – 1986, 1993 and 2005 – made the 2005 state elite eight, and played in the 1993 state final four. The girls program started in 1993. The girls team has won two district titles, was District Runner-up in 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2007 and had five straight regional appearances through 2003 with regional finals games in 1999, 2000 and 2003.
